We understand that maintaining good health involves a mix of exercise and diet, all of which will positively contribute to a happy lifestyle. The current world is full of distractions, to the point where many people believe that they no longer have time for themselves. Our mission is to change this. We not only want people to understand the importance of their personal health, but take action to improve it too. Currently, statistics show an epidemic when it comes to weight issues in New Zealand. It is predicted that around 34% of all adults in New Zealand are overweight, with a staggering third of the population being classed as obese. This statistic is not sustainable and something must be done to change this.
